IMPORTANT: THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE LEGALLY BINIDING. BY AGREEING TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU AGREE THAT YOU’RE HAPPY FOR US TO SHARE YOUR DETAILS WITH OTHER PLATFORM USERS WHERE APPLICBLE. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT YOU HAVE FULL RIGHTS TO ANY FORMS, CERTIFICATES AND OTHER DATA THAT YOU UPLOAD TO OUR SITE. BY SUBMITTING YOUR SIGNATURE THROUGHOUT THE SITE YOU WILL BE LEGALLY AGREEING TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ROLE ON THIS PLATFORM.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as any purchase or use of our services implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.These terms and conditions set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use the Watch Me Grow website in the United Kingdom. Certain Watch Me Grow services are subject to additional terms and will require you too agree to the terms in those cases. It is not necessary for any USER to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. If a client accepts a quote, signs up for our services, or accept a job from Watch Me Grow, then the client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full and agreein that these terms are legally binding.Watch Me Grow does not take responsibility for all conduct for any user of our site. All information is managed and created by users and is not managed daily by Watch Me Grow. It is your sole responsibility as a user of our website to take appropriate action to approve any information given while using our platform. You must do your own diligence to ensure the caregiver you chose is appropirate for your needs and complies with applicatbe laws within that role.

Parent Terms & Conditions

1. Contract
These terms and conditions represent a legally binding contract between and Watch Me Grow Childcare agency.

2. Fees
Watch Me Grow Childcare agency charges you for the services at the following prices.
Part/Full time Nanny: £100 upfront fee – This contributes to your nannies recruitment, contract, DBS and training.
£16.60 per hour – This includes your nannies hourly entitlement for annual leave.
Your nanny is entitled to 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays each holiday year.
The holiday year is from January 1st – December 31st
This is entitlement for 40 hour contracts and pro rata for part –time staff.
Adhoc Nanny: £15 per hour – This is for those who need regular care on different days.
We will try our best to offer you the same nanny each time – however we cannot ask our nannies to make themselves available every day without contracted work so nannies may differ.
Evening and weekend babysitting – Irregular care: £15 per hour
The client will be invoiced weekly and will pay on receipt to Watch Me Grow Childcare on a weekly basis. Late fees will be charged if payment is not paid promptly.

3.Paying your nanny
Payments will be paid to Watch Me Grow Childcare via online transfer or paypal – we will be responsible for our nannies payroll, taxes, national insurance and employer costs.

4. Confidentiality
All communication, however communicated, is confidential between the parties and permissions have been given.

5.Independent work
The client will not approach the nanny independently and must not hire the nanny for any similar services such as babysitting, childminding, any paid childcare service without going through Watch Me Grow Childcare for 12 months after stopping services with Watch Me Grow.

6. Cancellation Period and Fee
If either the client or Watch Me Grow Childcare decide to end the care both parties must provide 4 weeks notice.
If the client wishes to cancel a babysitting session that they have booked with less than 24 hours’ notice – payment for the session booked must be made in full due to the nanny turning down other work to be available for your position.

7. Probation Period.
Your nanny will be on a three-month probation period.
Watch Me Grow will carry out a first week meeting & first three-month meetings with yourself and your nanny separately.
This is your time to discuss anything extra you’d like in your nannies duties or any issues that we need to resolve and also an opportunity for you to share some positive feedback.

8. Limitation of Liability
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you understand and accept that Watch Me Grow shall not be liable for any direct loss or damage suffered by any party or any third-party howsoever caused, as a result of negligence, breach of contract or otherwise.Watch Me Grow accepts no liability for any expense or compensation suffered or incurred whist under the care of a Watch Me Grow nanny.

9. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable in any way for any delay or failure to perform and obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside of reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of god, accidents, ware, fire, breakdown or health and each party shall be entitled to reason extension of it’s obligations.

10. Severance
If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.
